How do I tell a weapon is perfect?
Ok, yes I am new so that being taken care of I have been looking at the auctions and I see perfect weapons left and right but when I look at the screen shots and read the discriptions no where does it say perfect. So I need a crash course in finding out what makes perfect perfect.
